With these slower burning powders make sure your neck tension is set properly, this will help with inconsistent velocity’s, CBTO will also aid a lot. In my 7-08 rifles Varget and IMR 4064 have worked out best for me. They are nearly interchangable for load data. (As is Vitavouri N140) I also had good luck with either IMR 4350 or H 4350 with 140 grain bullets. When forced to find a load for a "no lead" bullet here in CA, I wound up using IMR 4064 with the 120 grain Barnes TSX.
